"This place is outstanding for all the important reasons. The entire staff is 100% focused on you during your time in the office. All of them!! I’ve never experience that level of service. They really listen to where you are at, have amazing fancy equipment to check your kid out, and make sure parents and children are comfortable. And most importantly, they do a great job. I was in the room for my sons tongue/lip laser procedure and they were done in 2-3 minutes tops. He recovered without much pain at all and we’ve been sleeping well ever since. My husband and I first found out our son had a tongue and lip tie after meeting with Lactation when our son was 5 days old. I had been having severe pain during breast feeding with nipple damage and our son was struggling to latch. It was a very stressful first few days of motherhood. We were referred to Dr.Jesse for a consultation to discuss a possible release.
During the visit (our son was 11 days old at this time), Dr. Jesse took the time to educate us on the procedure, aftercare and possible outcomes if the procedure wasn’t done. With this information we were able make an educated decision to complete the procedure. He ultimately released the tongue and lip ties and also his cheeks during the visit, which took no more than 10 minutes. We were given time to breastfeed at the office following the procedure, which I felt an immediate improvement in pain level and my sons ability to latch.
The following day Dr. Jesse called to check in and answered several questions we had. He gave us his personal phone number and said he would be available over the weekend if we had any follow up questions or concerns.
We are so happy with the results and Dr. Jesse’s level of professionalism and patience. It has made a huge difference for our son who is now gaining weight and eating so much better. It also allowed us to continue to breastfeed without pain and stress. We highly recommend Dr. Jesse and the procedure itself. Such a lifesaver!
